1. General Return Guidelines

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process

• Email moochuuuae@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
• Once approved, our courier partner will collect the item, or you can drop it off at an approved location.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4-6 working days after the product is returned for inspection.
• Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can take up to 3-4 working days to process.
• In the case of price differences, the customer will either be refunded or required to pay the balance.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, Moo Chuu UAE will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving such items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or promotional items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Shipping Fees

• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
• For other returns, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
